Deep Kalra, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of MakeMyTrip believes that an entrepreneur, who is also the CEO of the company, should invest much of his or her time in listening to customers and addressing his employees. “The CEO should devoid least amount of his time in examining balance sheets. Rather, participating in sales calls and listening to the customers should be the priority. Besides that, a fair amount of attention should be made to the people in the company,” added Kalra.
