Ravi has led senior leadership roles at innovative technology companies such as NetApp, Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, and early-stage startups.He led a variety of company-wide transformation initiatives in support of revenue and market share growth.

His experience spans from General Management, Product Engineering, and Product Management, at headquarters and in a global setting.In India, he most recently is head of an innovation driven engineering organization responsible for NetApp’s big data platform, analytics, software and tools that generate insight using machine learning to improve operational outcomes for NetApp and its customers.
